根据中央气象台预报，今年第1号台风“蝴蝶”已于6月11日8点钟在南海中西部海面生成。

预计，“蝴蝶”将以每小时10-15公里的速度向西偏北方向移动，强度缓慢加强，逐渐向海南岛南部沿海靠近，并于13日凌晨到上午在上述沿海登陆（强热带风暴级到台风级，10-12级，25-33米/秒），之后有可能于13日夜间在广东西部到广西沿海再次登陆（热带风暴级到强热带风暴级，8-10级，20-25米/秒），登陆后转向东北方向移动，强度逐渐减弱。

受“蝴蝶”影响，今日（6月11日）14时至12日14时，广东中西部沿海、广西沿海、海南岛大部、西沙群岛等地有大雨，其中，海南岛中东部的部分地区有暴雨或大暴雨（100-150毫米）。

未来三天，在“蝴蝶”影响下，华南中东部、江南中东部等地有大到暴雨，海南岛、广西东南部、广东中东部等地部分地区有大暴雨，局地特大暴雨，累计降水量有100～250毫米，局地超过300毫米。

目前台风外围已经开始对海南岛造成影响，而到本周五、周六，海南、广西、广东、湖南、江西将将遭遇强降雨，海南、广东、广西局地有大暴雨甚至特大暴雨。台风过境影响甚大，公安部交通管理局提醒上述地区群众——
◆ 密切关注当地政府及气象、应急管理等相关部门发布的预警信息，人员切勿随意外出，应尽可能待在防风安全的地方，确保老人小孩留在家中最安全的地方。
◆ 当台风中心经过时风力会减小或者静止一段时间，但要切记：强风将会突然吹袭，应当继续留在安全处避风，危房人员及时转移。
