7月10日，由中共黄南州委、州人民政府主办，州委宣传部、州文体旅游广电局承办，州文化旅游协会协办的“西海2261•河湟文化大集”黄南州主场活动在西宁市城西区新宁广场举行。省委宣传部、省文旅厅、黄南州委，州人民政府相关领导、西宁市委宣传部，市文旅局、黄南州委宣传部、州文体旅游广电局分管领导出席会议。
