1994-2024年，中国红十字基金会30年风雨兼程，我们弘扬人道、博爱、奉献的红十字精神，项目覆盖应急救援、应急救护、人道救助、乡村振兴、红十字青少年、国际援助等领域，人道的足迹遍布全国各地乃至海外，累计公益支出超过113亿元，人道救助与人道服务覆盖群体超过5000万人次。
初心
不忘初心，方得始终
1904年3月10日，万国红十字会上海支会成立（后正式更名为上海万国红十字会），中国红十字会由此诞生。1994年，在中国红十字会的引领下，中国红十字基金会正式成立。

2005年，中国红十字基金会推出“红十字天使计划”，同时开展了“博爱助学计划”。助医、助学两大领域成为我们围绕医疗和教育领域不断发展的基础。正如风雨后执着着捡拾小鱼放归大海的那个孩子，我们绝不放弃，坚定拥抱每一个奔向我们的鲜活灵魂。

先后设立“小天使基金”“天使阳光基金”“嫣然天使基金”“玉米爱心基金”等，守护孩子们的心跳与健康；援建博爱小学、捐赠红十字书库，让贫困孩子能够有书可读。

2005年10月，全国首个“博爱卫生站”落户苗乡。2006年7月，首批乡村医生培训班结业。如今，我们已培训上万名村医，在边远地区援建了超过3000个博爱卫生站。

发现生命的希望
红十字是一种精神，更是一面旗帜
中国红十字基金会全力发展救护、救援、救助，给无数家庭带来生存的保障与心灵的抚慰；加大关注人道服务供给侧，从应急、被动的“救助”，转向主动、前瞻的“建设”；聚焦重症患者的需求，积极开展大病、罕见病救助项目；助力脱贫攻坚和乡村振兴，响应国家战略发展；面临共同的生存挑战，不断奔赴世界的每一寸伤口。

2012年启动“天使之旅——请你发现生命的希望”志愿服务行动，为大病患儿送去健康；2012年发起设立“赈济家庭箱”，一个个小箱子第一时间抵达救助现场；援建博爱家园、推进“魔豆妈妈”项目、推出“公益厨房”项目……让更多人拥有长远的希望。

2016年“院士博爱基金”成立，2017年“丝路博爱基金”成立。我们开展“一带一路”人道救助计划先心病儿童救助行动、“博爱单车”全球志愿服务行动、援助移动医疗单元……2019年红十字国际学院成立，填补了人道主义教育的空白。

携手新征程，再出发
书写中国红十字事业高质量发展新篇章
2020年，新冠疫情席卷全球。中国红十字基金会迎难而上，迅速投身抗疫应急救援。这一年，爱心汇聚成洪流，全年公益收支达50亿元，我们高效运转，公开透明，落实每一份爱心善意。

2021年，小红REDDY IP与“红气球”全新形象亮相，普及急救知识、提高公众应急救护能力；创新研发红十字应急救护一体机，构建自救与互救的多元救护网络；组织实施“5·8人道公益日”，推动人道公益走向数字化；为未来播种红十字青少年生命教育，在乡村振兴项目中持续发力，积极参与和支持国际人道主义事业。

近年来，中国红十字基金会引入先进的数据管理系统，实现信息共享与高效管理，利用信息化工具跟踪项目进展和款项去向。数字化的运转模式极大提高了筹款效率和公信力，真正做到了高效运转和公开透明。
