荣膺“友好使者奖”，
这也是国资央企系统首次荣获兰花奖。

近80个国家、300个参评对象中
脱颖而出的白杨
早已和中国同事一道
共同成长了17年。
这个尼日利亚女孩的光阴故事，
像白杨一般顽强生长，
如兰花一样丝路传馨。
向阳生长
成为一棵坚韧的白杨树
2008年，22岁的白杨
加入中国土木尼日利亚公司，
那时她是铺架队的一名助理文员。
“我发现，尼日利亚工人和中国工长
因为语言不通，导致沟通不畅，
于是我决心学好中文。”她回忆道。

中国同事为她买教材、
陪练口语、拷贝中文电影，
帮助这个初入职场的非洲姑娘
一字一句地学会了中文。
转折发生在2010年，
白杨来到中国学习语言和文化，
在西安乘坐火车时发现
窗外种着一排又一排笔直的大树，
中国同事介绍这是“白杨树”，
象征着坚韧不拔的精神。
她当即决定以“白杨”为中文名，
“我想把这种精神带给非洲女性。”

阿布贾城铁项目启动轨道铺设，
有股子拼劲的白杨
抓住机遇参加司机培训，
成为同期唯一的女学员。

历经8个月严格训练后，
白杨通过了全部考核。

2018年7月12日，
她驾驶载满乘客的列车驶出站台，
改写了尼日利亚
从来没有女性火车司机的历史。
尼日利亚总统现场为白杨点赞，
从此以后，
白杨成为全国有名的职场女性代言人。
精进技术
立志成为女高铁司机
6年司机生涯，2000多次往返，
白杨对安全有着近乎苛刻的要求。
“启动稳、运行稳、停车稳、对标准，
这是我对自己的要求。”

为保障行车安全，她执行着严格纪律——
手机全程关机、每站确认信号道岔、
手势口令双重确认。
她至今记得那个触动心灵的场景：
“一位母亲紧抱着孩子站在车门处，
那一刻我明白，身后是千万个家庭。”
随着驾驶技术和知识日益精进，
白杨从驾驶台走向讲台，
在阿布贾城铁培训教室内授人以渔。
“中国师傅教我技术，
现在我要传给更多人。”

结合本地学员习惯改编教材，
用游戏化考核提升趣味性。
经她培训的当地学员，
已有数十人通过官方认证。

如今她再次来到中国，
在西安接受最新的技术培训。

在奋斗中成就人生
驾驶室外的白杨还有另一重身份，
中尼文明互鉴的“摆渡人”。
在西安学习时，
她加入文化交流协会，
向中国师生介绍豪萨语和尼日利亚传统服饰，
在中尼友谊小学，
她教孩子们书写中国汉字。
她受到尼日利亚总统勉励，
成为传播中尼友谊的“民间大使”。

得以听见彼此遥远但动人的心声。
