顺义区双丰街道香悦四季第二社区巾帼志愿阳光站常态化开展丰富、温暖的“一老一小”服务活动。
4月6日，香悦第二社区巾帼志愿阳光站开展“蔬有不同，有机出众”知识讲座。巾帼志愿者老师普及有机蔬菜知识，帮助居民科学选购与食用有机蔬菜，助力健康生活。通过此次讲座，居民们对有机蔬菜有了全面、深入的认识，掌握了有机蔬菜的辨别、选购、储存和烹饪方法，提升了健康饮食知识水平。

4月9日，香悦第二社区巾帼志愿阳光站开展“健康助老”DIY艾灸锤手工活动。活动邀请社区卫生服务中心的老师为老年人讲解艾灸的原理、功效及适用病症，现场指导老年人制作艾灸锤，手把手协助老年人完成制作并演示使用方法。此次活动让老人们在动手实践中收获成就感，丰富了精神文化生活。许多老人表示，活动不仅学到了养生知识，还感受到手工制作的乐趣，希望社区多举办类似活动。

4月10日，香悦第二社区巾帼志愿阳光站开展“共植春日希望，开启绿化新篇”种植活动。活动中，在专业人员的指导下，大家分工协作，巾帼志愿者们充分发挥模范带头作用，主动帮助家长和儿童完成种植任务，现场呈现出一派热火朝天的劳动景象。 通过本次活动，社区新增了大量绿植，有效改善了社区的生态环境，提升了社区的景观面貌，为居民创造了更加舒适、宜人的生活空间。

4月13日，香悦第二社区巾帼志愿阳光站开展“亲子共绘，美术盛宴”灯笼制作活动。活动开始，巾帼志愿者老师向亲子家庭介绍灯笼的起源、发展及文化寓意，让大家深入了解灯笼背后的文化底蕴。并现场指导亲子家庭制作灯笼，志愿者分步演示，耐心解答疑问。家长与孩子分工协作，现场氛围温馨和谐。通过知识讲解与实践操作，亲子家庭深入了解灯笼文化，增强了对传统文化的认同感与自豪感。

4月16日，香悦第二社区巾帼志愿阳光站开展“科技助老 智慧出行”滴滴打车培训课堂。巾帼志愿者老师向老年人介绍滴滴打车的功能优势、使用场景及安全注意事项，帮助老年人建立基础认知。志愿者采取“一对一”“手把手”教学模式，带领老年人分步操作手机。通过培训，大家都能够独立完成滴滴打车的基础操作，有效解决了出行依赖他人的问题，提升了大家使用智能手机的自信心。许多老人表示，学会打车技能后，愿意尝试学习更多数字化生活应用，积极融入数字时代。

4月23日，香悦第二社区巾帼志愿阳光站开展以《蚯蚓的日记》为主题的亲子阅读活动。巾帼志愿者化身“故事姐姐”，带领孩子们共读《蚯蚓的日记》，孩子们被蚯蚓独特的“地下世界”深深吸引，现场气氛热烈。活动设置“蚯蚓日记模仿秀”环节，鼓励孩子们模仿蚯蚓的视角，用绘画或文字记录自己的“小日记”。孩子们充分发挥创意，绘画出不同的场景，亲子合作完成日记创作，进一步增进了情感交流。此次读书日活动，通过沉浸式阅读与趣味互动，让孩子们在欢乐中爱上阅读，家长们也掌握了亲子共读的有效方法。

4月25日，香悦第二社区巾帼志愿阳光站开展“学习劳动知识，维护劳动者权益”法律知识讲座。社区公益律师张伟臣以《劳动法》《劳动合同法》《工伤保险条例》等法规为核心，结合典型案例，为大家详细讲解内容。提醒居民如何规避纠纷、保护自身权益。讲座设置互动答疑环节，居民踊跃提问，律师逐一耐心解答，并提供具体解决建议，帮助居民理清维权思路。通过律师的专业讲解与案例分析，居民对劳动法律法规有了更深入的认识，掌握了劳动维权的基本方法和流程。
